I don’t think I have to tell you that unicorns are everything right now! Just take a look at your Pinterest or Facebook feed and you’ll figure it out for yourself. I’m loving this resurgence of unicorn love. It kind of reminds me of my own childhood. If you were an 80s kid like me, I bet you remember just how popular these mythical and mystical beasts were! From movies like The Last Unicorn to stickers from Lisa Frank. Remember her? She was all the rage!

I’ve seen some pretty awesome unicorn party ideas, but I’ll be honest: I don’t feel like I can pull off half of the fancy cakes out there right now. I’m all about the easy party recipes! Our unicorn sugar cookie bar recipe is easy, fun to make and totally magical to eat! Check it out, then print out the recipe card for later!
