Spring Cleaning with Green Works®: a clean and eco-friendly home & Giveaway

Spring Cleaning is not my favorite task. It is time consuming and overwhelming. Some years I want to skip it but I don’t. I don’t want to miss all the benefits of spring cleaning: a clean home free from dust, free from toxins, a nice smell in the house, cleaner supplies. It just feels good after.

Thanks to Mom Central Canada and Green Works®, I am kicking of this spring cleaning season with eco-friendly products. They clean powerfully without harsh chemicals.

Spring Cleaning with Green works

I received the following package to tackle my spring cleaning:

• All-purpose cleaner
• Toilet bowl cleaner
• Dilutable multi-purpose cleaner
• Glass and surface cleaner
• Bathroom cleaner
• 4 dish liquids and cleaning wipes

I usually start my spring cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen cleaning:

I used  the dilutable multi surface cleaner,  the All-purpose cleaner and the cleaning wipes

• The All-Purpose cleaner was tough on the grease stuck on my stove and on my back splash. It cleaned them thoroughly without any extra effort. I loved fresh smell it left. It was very gentle on my skin. I used it also on my kitchen counters. It took care of the food residues and spots.
• The  multi surface cleaner has an original citrus scent. I used it on my kitchen floor as well as on my hardwood ones. You dilute half a cup into half a bucket of water. The floors will shine after. My 4-year-old is quite independent. She wants to serve her milk by herself. Sometimes she makes a small mess and spills it on the floor. The multi surface removed all those sticky spots. It was like magic on the dried bits of food as well.
• The cleaning wipes worked perfectly on my dining table. It has an original citrus scent. The table was shining after.

Bathroom cleaning

I used the natural toilet bowl cleaner, the glass & surface cleaner and the natural bathroom cleaner.

• I was delighted by the natural toilet bowl cleaner. I squirt only a small amount into the toilet. I let it rest for few minutes and it was perfectly clean with a nice smell. I did not feel nauseous when using it compared to other regular products. I did not need to scrub hard to clean it which means less time cleaning and more time enjoying family time
• The bathroom cleaner removed toothpaste in few seconds. My 4-year-old insists on brushing her teeth by herself. She can leave some tooth paste residue in the sink. It was easy to remove with this product.
• The glass and surface cleaner worked perfectly on my mirrors. Again my princess played with her toothpaste and spread some on the mirror. The glass surface was shining with the Green Works product

I did not have the chance to test the dishwashing liquid soap. I will post a update in the upcoming days.

Final recommendation

I recommend highly Green Works products. I am in total love with them: They clean perfectly. They are gentle on my skin and smell so good. They are eco-friendly! I could not have better!
