The Odd Life of Timothy Green Movie Review #TimothyGreen

Me at The Off Life of Timothy Green

While I was in NYC for BlogHer, I was invited to the upcoming Disney movie: The Odd Life of Timothy Green. The film stars Jennifer Garner, Joel Edgerton and CJ Adams! I have always been a fan of Jennifer Garner since Alias. I was looking forward to watch her film!

When we arrived, we were treated with complementary popcorn and soda as well as tissues! (Make sure to bring yours when you will watch the movie). We had also the opportunity to preview some of the upcoming Disney Movies! Such as Nemo in 3D and the new Tinkerbell. I can’t wait to watch these movies with my 4-year-old princess! In the mean she  tried the Tinkerbell wings courtesy of Disney!

The Odd Life of Timothy Green: My review

I can’t imagine my life without my children! I have never had fertility problems and I am very thankful! When my husband and I decided to have our first child, our wish came true within few months! I can’t imagine the stress of other couples trying to conceive! This film is about a couple who is facing fertility issues and finally turned to adoption! :

It is a magical, poignant, funny and at the same time sad story! Before turning to adoption, Jim and Cindy Green imagine if they had a child of their own! They wrote down all the qualities of their child and buried it in a box. !  On a stormy night, a charming little man appears to them! This boy is a very touching little man and wise for his age ( 10-year-old). During the film, I cried, laughed, and was moved by this touching story! Jennifer Garner was over reacting in the movie as any over protective mom. It was so funny because some of her reactions reminded me of mine when I deal with my 11 year-old boy. It is a movie that all the family can watch! It has magic, fun, and wisdom!

After the movie screening, we were invited to a cocktail party where we were offered a bag full of swags such as Green Socks, pens and Tinkerbell Wings!

Recommendation: A must see the movie for all the family! I don’t want to give you more information! All I can say is that every overprotective mom will relate to some funny jokes in the films and all the dads will relate to their pride when their children score a goal during their soccer play!.

  1. I do accept as true with all the ideas you’ve introduced in your
post. They’re really convincing and can definitely work.
Nonetheless, the posts are too quick for starters.
May just you please prolong them a little from subsequent time?
    Thanks for the post.
