Turkey with Bacon, Walnuts and Dried Cranberries Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C chicken stock
  • 2 TBSP unsalted butter
  • 1 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground very fine pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Butter Injection Sauce Directions:
  • Melt butter in a microwave.
  • Add chicken stock lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Stir to mix well.
  • Add salt just until you can taste a slight salty flavor.

Instructions

  1. Pour into a small plastic water bottle with a lid.
  2. Shake to mix all ingredients.
  3. Using a match or lighter heat up the end of the injector needle.
  4. Push the needle through the cap of the water bottle.
  5. Pull the plunger of the injector all the way back to fill with air.
  6. Using a piece of thick tape to cover the hole push the plunger back down to inject the air back into the bottle.
  7. Using the bottle with it upside down (with the injector still in it) pull back the plunger to fill the injector container.
