Cut the butter into chunks (makes it easier to blend in the next steps)
Combine all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl, using a fork to mash them all together
Blend using a hand mixer (if you’re using an electric beater, you only need one of the whisks) until it forms a smooth, creamy spread
Refrigerate for about half an hour, until it’s just set.
Spread on biscuits, toast, muffins, waffles and anything else your heart desires!
