4-Ingredient Raspberry Compound Butter Recipe with Finlandia


  • 7- oz Package of unsalted Finlandia imported butter at room temperature
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries doesn’t have to be precise
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp. powdered confectioner sugar


  1. Cut the butter into chunks (makes it easier to blend in the next steps)
  2. Combine all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl, using a fork to mash them all together
  3. Blend using a hand mixer (if you’re using an electric beater, you only need one of the whisks) until it forms a smooth, creamy spread
  4. Refrigerate for about half an hour, until it’s just set.
  5. Spread on biscuits, toast, muffins, waffles and anything else your heart desires!
