How about cooking healthy snacks for kids with their help. When children are involved in the cooking process, they will be more likely to eat what they prepared because they were invested in preparing those yummy healthy snacks.  Involving kids in the kitchen has other benefits too: it improves their maths skills, their fine motor skills and creativity. You just need to supervise and you will be amazed by their creativity and talents.
