Looking for a fun way to celebrate the release of Finding Dory into theaters? Whip up this movie-inspired blueberry ice cream recipe with your kids! By now, you know how much I love Disney movies and making Disney inspired treats with my daughter! It is a great bonding activity with my little one as well a learning one! We get to chat while we mix and cook! She gets to learn how to measure ingredients and how to mix. Teaching kids basic cooking skills is so important! You never know when they will need it and I don’t want them to embrace adulthood clueless about cooking and baking! The trick to get kids excited about the kitchen is to find something they can relate too and enjoy!

Since my daughter loves Disney movies (and who doesn’t), I try to come up with Disney themed recipes!  For this week’s recipe, we made a Finding Dory inspired recipe. It is a basic blueberry ice cream recipe but we had fun decorating it around the movie! Let’s get this started!
