Greek yogurt is rich in protein but sometime kids don’t like to eat it plain. I find it tastes better when you add some fruits. My kids add some maple syrup! It is delicious. You can prepare it in the morning! Check our other Greek Yogurt Smoothie  for another easy breakfast idea.

  1. Those muffins look delicious! My kids love having hard boiled eggs with sides of fruit and milk for breakfast. I can make the eggs the night before and even chop up the fruit if I need to.
