  • 2 cups carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion, minced
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • Cooking cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
