Tired of eating the same old go-to recipes for dinner every week? You have to try this insanely delicious sheet pan lemon lime chicken with asparagus! It’s the perfect way to mix things up. I bet it will become a new family favorite! Don’t worry, it’s crazy easy to make. Everything goes into one sheet pan, so you don’t have to worry about washing 20 different pots and pans! Sheet Pan Lemon Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
• 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 1 Pound Asparagus
• 6 Ounces Plain Greek Yogurt
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Lime
• 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
• 2 Tablespoons + 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
• 1 Teaspoon Paprika
• Season Salt
• Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Wash your asparagus and chop about an inch off the ends. Dry them thoroughly and place them in a large bowl.
2. Pour your olive oil over the top of them along with 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, and sprinkle with season salt and pepper. Mix until they are well coated.
3. Place tin foil over the top of your cookie sheet and spread your asparagus out, flat across the sheet. Sprinkle with a bit more season salt.
4. In a bowl, place your 1 Tablespoons lemon juice, 1 Tablespoons Lime Juice, greek yogurt, and paprika. Stir well. Sprinkle mixture with about 2 teaspoons season salt and a teaspoon of pepper. Mix well again.
5. Take your thawed chicken and pat it dry. Pour yogurt mixture over the top of your chicken and move chicken around until it is thoroughly coated. Place chicken on top of your asparagus.
6. Put a few slits long wise in your chicken. Peel your lemon and lime like oranges and alternate sticking a piece of each into the slits of the chicken. Bury them deep.
7. Sprinkle with more season salt.
8. Place in oven at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
