  1. I come from a big family so casseroles were always on the menu. They are so simple to make and pretty inexpensive. Need to try these!

  2. Casseroles are sometimes my go to meals. When my husband works, and the kids and I have been home all day – I love just throwing together a nice casserole. These are great!

  3. OK, the broccoli, chicken and cheese casserole needs to happen at our house. If I can chop up the broccoli fine enough, I might even be able to sneak it past the kids and get them to eat their vegetables. Thanks for the idea!

  4. You are totally speaking my language. If it’s easy and it will last me for a week I am very happy to make it. I am trying to be healthier so I’m looking for healthy items but sometimes you just got to save the money.
