  1. 12 lasagna noodles
  2. 1 jar of pasta sauce
  3. 1 container (475 grams) of Ricotta cheese
  4. 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  5. ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  6. 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  7. 1 beaten egg
  8. 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions To Make This Healthy Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a pot, cook lasagna noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain.
  • In a casserole dish, place some of the noodles on the bottom, then add the spinach, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, and 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese. Put 3 more lasagna noodles on top and then add ¼ cup of sauce. Cover the lasagna with the remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses on top.
  • Place lid on the casserole dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
