  • Grab two small appetizer-sized plates out of your cupboard. Pour the simple syrup on one and the sanding sugar on the other.
  • Dip your glass in the simple syrup first then into the sanding sugar.
  • Fill with ice and set to the side.
  • In a shaker add your juices and shake to combine.
