  4. This is a great idea! I’m thinking about buying small Halloween toys after Halloween (when everything is on clearance) for next year so I don’t have to give out candy at all.

  5. I do like this idea because it can be a way to teach a child about value and reduces the amount of candy consumed.

    …and if you don’t mind being judged, you can save the candy for other things like making goodie bags to give away (where you would normally buy candy), lol!
