  5. Very cute!! I never included the picture with my announcement as it was just word of mouth, hey I’m pregnant. That was about it! We also found out really late in the game what we were having. Cute idea!

  6. I did not have an gender ultrasound. I wanted to keep the baby’s gender a secret until it was time for my baby to be born. It added more to the excitement. Nowadays, there is a 4D gender ultrasound where you can clearly see the baby’s face!

    Here, we don’t get ultrasounds until about 20 weeks, which is a little late for a pregnancy announcement I think. Most people know by then.

  9. I did! I put it in a children’s book about grandparents and gave it to my parents to announce it to them :-) it said “read this to me in March 2015 love baby J” (my due date)
