I love that there are anxiety books for kids, because i had anxiety when i was a kid and didn’t know how to deal with it. A young boy close to me suffers and i would love to show these books to him, i think they would help.

These sound great. I would love to get them for my girls, who tend to be a bit more like me in the anxiety department. This would be great.

  4. These are fantastic books. I know that I have bad anxiety and I don’t want my little man to go through the same things that I’ve been through. I’m going to have to get these books for him, so he knows what to do if he does have anxiety when he gets older!

  5. A book is such a good way to help kids learn to cope with scary things they can’t understand. I remember learning about Stranger Danger and not being afraid of the dentist because of books I read as a child. That style of learning really sticks.
