  1. I have a “thing” about teeth. Even back when I was dating… if they looked gnarly you had no hope in heck with me. lol I’m always really weird about mine too. Always looking for the best new products to keep my teeth looking pretty.

  2. My doctor always reminds me that taking care of our teeth = taking care of our health and heart. Oral hygiene is very important.

  3. I’m teaching my kids right now about the importance of oral hygiene. I was so proud (and relieved) when we went to the dentist for the first time and they were cavity free!

  4. Smiles are definitely so important. I always say that I need to cut back on soda because it stains your teeth, but I haven’t yet.

  5. I feel like there is no easy and inexpensive solution for getting white teeth – especially if you drink a lot of coffee like me. Thanks for the tips – I’ll check them out.

  6. I agree that taking care of your teeth is very important. If you have ever been to the dentist, you probably figured out that any dental work is very expensive especially if you haven’t taken care of your teeth. This is something that I wish that I would have done. If you don’t take of your teeth, then you will either have to get dental implants or dentures depending on your age. Both options are expensive too.
