My boys love brushing their teeth. They started really early and I am glad I did.
Oral health is so, so important to me. I also am wearing Invisalign now to get them all straightened and pretty!
I make sure I visit the dentist every 3-6 months and I always brush and floss. I want my teeth to outlast me. :)
I’ll definitely be at that twiter party!
I have a “thing” about teeth. Even back when I was dating… if they looked gnarly you had no hope in heck with me. lol I’m always really weird about mine too. Always looking for the best new products to keep my teeth looking pretty.
I brush at least twice a day and floss at least twice. I use a electric toothbrush – I think it makes a huge difference.
My doctor always reminds me that taking care of our teeth = taking care of our health and heart. Oral hygiene is very important.
I have never heard of Shoppers Drug Mart before. Is that in the US? Great tips on caring for teeth, so important?
I’m teaching my kids right now about the importance of oral hygiene. I was so proud (and relieved) when we went to the dentist for the first time and they were cavity free!
I always use whitening toothpaste. I drink a lot of coffee :)
A white smile is very important! I can deal with crooked teeth but if they are miscolored–that is a big no no.
Oral care is SO important in our house. My two year old loves brushing her teeth so much, she asks for it. Haha!
Smiles are definitely so important. I always say that I need to cut back on soda because it stains your teeth, but I haven’t yet.
I agree that it is so important to keep your teeth as healthy as you can!
I drink too much coffee and my teeth take the brunt of it. I really have to take care of them to keep those pearly whites, white!
Thanks for sharing the link to your tips! Dental hygiene is so important and I stress that with my daughter.
I drink a lot of tea and it’s hard to keep my teeth pearly white. Actually seems impossible!
I feel like there is no easy and inexpensive solution for getting white teeth – especially if you drink a lot of coffee like me. Thanks for the tips – I’ll check them out.
I brush a lot (3 or 4 times a day) and I am trying to instill that in my kids, too!
I agree that taking care of your teeth is very important. If you have ever been to the dentist, you probably figured out that any dental work is very expensive especially if you haven’t taken care of your teeth. This is something that I wish that I would have done. If you don’t take of your teeth, then you will either have to get dental implants or dentures depending on your age. Both options are expensive too.
