  1. I used a sleep tracking app once and it make me so anxious. I don’t know why, but I think it has something to do with seeing how horrible my sleep patterns were. I probably need the breathing or meditation app to combat my sleep problems.

  4. I never thought of using app for yoga! What a great idea! I would love to try the Yoga Studio and the Breathe 2 Relax. I think these would really help me with my resolutions.
