James and the Giant Peach

James and the Giant Peach is a 1996 musical fantasy film starring Paul Terry, Simon Callow, Richard Dreyfuss, Susan Sarandon, Jane Leeves, Miriam David Thewlis and Joanna Lumley. The movie combines live action and stop-motion animation and is based on the 1961 book of the same name by Roald Dahl. James becomes an orphan after the death of his parents and is sent to live with his mean aunts. He comes across a magic bag of crocodile tongues that transform into a large peach. James ends up inside the peach, where his body changes and he befriends large insects that talk. When the peach lands in the ocean, he and his friends must brave numerous dangers to get back to shore.

Spy Kids

Spy Kids is a 2001 science fantasy family adventure comedy film starring Antonio Banderas, Carla Gugino, Alan Cumming, Teri Hatcher, Cheech Marin, Danny Trejo, Robert Patrick, Tony Shalhoub, Alexa Vega, Daryl Sabara and Mike Judge. Secret agents Gregorio and Ingrid fall in love, after a mission to eliminate each other, and start a family. Fast forward nine years later, the agents are called in to take on Fegan Floop. However, when the agents go missing, only two people can save them, their kids.

Earth to Echo

Earth to Echo is a 2014 science fiction adventure drama movie starring Teo Halm, Brian Bradley, Reese Hartwig and Ella Wahlestedt. Three friends, Tuck, Alex, and Munch, are always together until they learn that they must move because their neighborhood is being turned into a highway. However, a couple of days before the move, the boys start to get weird signals on their phones. They, along with another friend Emma, discover that the signals are from an alien who is stranded on Earth. The four bond together to help the alien find his way home.
