New Releases on Netflix for Kids in January 2016

Netflix is bringing on some great movies and televisions shows in January. With Season 2 of Angry Birds Toons, Ice Age: The Meltdown and Season 2 of Sofia the First, there is certainly a movie and/or television show for your child. Here are the new releases on Netflix for kids in January 2016.

An American Girl: Grace Stirs Up Success is a family drama movie that showcases the life of Grace Thomas, the 2015 Girl of the Year. Angry Birds Toons is a television series based on the popular video game. In Ice Age 2: The Meltdown, take kids on the journey of Manny, Diego and Sid. Nanny McPhee is a family comedy fantasy movie about a governess that uses magic to teach the seven children in her charge a lesson or two. Kids will love Pooh’s Heffalump Movie, featuring a heffalump and your child’s favorite characters: Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Roo and Tigger. The Tale of Despereaux is a computer-animated adventure fantasy comedy-drama movie about a mouse, a rat and a servant girl.

January 3^rd

• Sofia the First- Season 2

Sofia the First is a computer-animated series that features various Disney princesses including Cinderella, Ariel, Rapunzel and Jasmine.

January 8^th

• Dragons: Race to the Edge- Season 2- Netflix Original

Dragons: Race to the Edge features Toothless, Hiccup and the Dragon Riders exploring new lands, which are homes to more dragons. This series is a spin-off of the incredibly popular How to Train Your Dragon movies.

January 11^th

• Littlest Pet Shop- Season 4

Littlest Pet Shop is a TV series based on the popular Hasbro toys. It showcases the tales of a young girl who discovers she can communicate with animals.

January 29^th

• Ever After High: Dragon Games- Netflix Original

Ever After High: Dragon Games is a Netflix Original that is based on the cartoon series, Ever After High and features the Ever After High doll series, Dragon Games.
