With spring finally here and the flowers blooming, allergy season has officially arrived! Anyone else feeling the pressure building up in their sinuses? I can relate! Since my family LOVES getting outdoors during the warm months, I know I can’t become a hermit and hide inside all season long. I’m sharing some tips on how to prepare for allergy season over at Shoppers Drug Mart. These tips include:

I just has my friend over today and the pollen must be high today because she suffered big time and so is my sister who is in another part of the country so I guess pollen is high everywhere
It’s so strange! Never had allergies my whole life, and now uggggg…. Allergies you suck! Thank god for things like meds!
Allergies are the worst right now for us. Some days are worse than others but we do check the pollen count.
Fortunately there’s no allergies in our home either, but my soninlaw has them really bad poor fellow. He uses that claritan stuff.
I have terrible allergies but I honestly couldn’t be bothered tracking pollen counts or anything like that. i just make sure I have a packet of antihistamines on me at all times and then go out and take on the world! It usually ends with me having a terribly stuffy nose but totally worth it.

We have 3 seasons here in NY: Snow season, pothole season, and allergy season. We are always watching that pollen count to gauge how to medicate the day!

This has been and still is one of the worst allergy seasons I remember in a long time! I have been buying and taking Claritin almost daily (if it rains I don’t bother)
The older I get…the more sensitive I become to the seasons. Never had an allergy in my life, perhaps this is changing.
I love the warmer weather and many other things about spring but definitely not the allergies. Thankfully, mine are not as bad as they used to be!! :)

I have terrible pollen allergies. When I used to live in NC it was very bad and I had to take prescription stength allergy meds. Thankfully, now we are back in Miami and I barely feel it.
