I’ve always liked Thanksgiving because, to me, it’s a relatively low-pressure holiday. Of course, I don’t cook, so that could be why! It’s just a nice time to gather the family and enjoy lots of yummy food. No worries about buying gifts like most other get-togethers require.  For others, though, Thanksgiving can be a bit more harried than it is for non-cookers like me!
