We are talking Strawberries and Vanilla ice-cream with a generous glug of Chocolate Hazelnut spread! Need I say more? This milkshake is literally Valentine’s Day in a glass! Plump and juicy strawberries are blended with milk and creamy Vanilla ice cream into a luxurious milkshake. You could stop here. But hey! It’s Valentine’s Day and I am going all out.

Strawberry with Chocolate Hazelnut is my current obsession and a few spoonful of the dreamy spread takes the plain old strawberry milkshake a few notches higher. I even add a teaspoon of the spread to the bottom of the glass. I love sipping up little bits of the chocolaty spread. Strawberry Milkshake with Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Serves – 2
Ingredients

• 1 cup of Milk (preferably whole milk)
• 1 cup of chopped or sliced Strawberries
• 2 big scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/4 cup + 2 teaspoon of your favorite Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, preferably organic and preservative free
• Whipped cream and chocolate sauce as optional garnish
Instructions

• Add milk, strawberries, ice cream, and ¼ cup of chocolate-hazelnut spread to a blender. Blend until smooth.
• Add a teaspoon of the chocolate-hazelnut spread to the bottom of a serving glass. Using a spoon or your clean fingers, smear a little bit of the spread on the inner side of the glass. This is purely for visual appeal. You can skip the step.
• Pour the milkshake into the glass.
• Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Again an optional step.
