Looking for an easy Valentine’s Day dessert idea? These red velvet cookies will be a huge hit! Whether you’ve planned a romantic dinner for two or a family-style meal for the whole crew, nothing finishes off a delicious Valentine’s Day meal like a taste of something sweet. Red velvet is one of the most iconic flavors for the love holiday, don’t you think? I love the idea of putting it into cookie form. So much easier than baking a whole cake, and a lot more portable, too! If you’re doing a date night in without a babysitter, you can send the kids off to watch a movie in their playroom with their treat while you spend some quality time watching a more romantic movie. Check out how to make them, then print the recipe card for later.
