My daughter is a picky eater, especially in the morning. She wakes up usually cranky and does not want to eat! I am always looking for easy breakfast recipes for kids to satisfy her appetite. One of her favorite breakfast recipes is crepe. I usually prepare a large quantity during the weekend. I store it in the fridge. My mom recommends to freeze them but the kids don’t give them the chance to.
As my kids love chocolate, their favorite breakfast recipe is crepe topped with a hazelnut spread. Eating that on a daily basis is not a healthy choice. I try to find other healthy and easy breakfast for my kids that I am sure they will love.
Since it is the berries season, I include them in most of our meals and desserts. Did you know that berries may prevent or delay glucose insulin spikes or sugar spikes. It means that adding berries to your breakfast or any other recipe for your kids and family is a very healthy choice.

Crepe, Blueberry and yogurt : easy breakfast recipe for kids.
Ingredients
- Crepes. You can buy them or make them. Check our crepe recipe with detailed instructions.
- 1/4 cup of Blueberry. You can use strawberries or raspberry.
- 1/4 cup of yogurt. I usually use a 2% Fat plain yogurt. You can use yogurt with stirred fruits but I don’t like the taste when it is combined with the berries.
Make this delicious breakfast recipe for kids
- Put the crepe on a plate
- Scoop in yogurt
- Add blueberries
- Fold

What a great quick and easy breakfast idea…I love that the crepes can be made ahead of time and also that you can just roll it up and eat it, no forks, plates needed!
It is very convenient to make them ahead of time. You just need to store them properly in a tight container!
