  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 2 cups brown sugar
  3. ½ cup vegetable oil
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 cup skim milk
  7. 1 tsp extract vanilla
  8. 3 eggs beaten
  9. 2 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
Make it
  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Mix the first 7 ingredients.
  • Add eggs and melted chocolate
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean
